Civil Engineer with a Master's Degree in Hydraulic Engineering, graduated from ESIA. uz. from the National Polytechnic Institute, has collaborated with different academic groups from various educational institutions, so it has a multidisciplinary training. He currently works as a Project Specialist at the Water Center for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. With more than 10 years working as a specialist in projects for the private and governmental initiative, coordinating and carrying out hydrological studies, hydrological-hydraulic modeling, detailed engineering and basin management. Extensive experience in analysis and hydraulic projects such as: storm drainage works, channel correction, flood protection works, urban drainage, topo-hydraulics, expert in hydraulic design of artificial wetlands and with extensive knowledge in the management of cartography and geographic information systems (GIS). He has participated in more than 60 executive projects as a specialist and consultant. He has collaborated in projects with a great environmental impact as a designer and hydraulic coordinator of the Ecoduct, which was classified as the best environmental work in 2017 by the CdMx, and a collaborator in the La Quebradora Water Park, awarded in 2018 with the Gold medal by the Lafarge Holcim Award.
